Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Operations to oversee the end-to-end operations of our luxury retail business.
  • This executive role is responsible for managing logistics, inventory flow, compliance, and the overall performance of our boutiques.
  • The Head of Operations will lead and mentor the inventory and warehouse teams, ensuring seamless processes and operational excellence across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all operational functions including logistics, inventory management, and boutique performance
  • Ensure smooth flow of stock from warehouses to boutiques and proper inventory tracking
  • Lead and manage the inventory and warehouse teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight
  • Implement and enforce compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor boutique KPIs and operational metrics to optimize efficiency and profitability
  • Identify operational challenges and develop strategies for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and marketing teams to align operations with business objectives
  • Prepare operational reports and present findings to executive management

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12–15 years’ experience in operations management, preferably in retail or luxury goods
  • Proven track record managing multi-location operations and inventory teams
  • Strong understanding of logistics, inventory control, and retail compliance
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic operational decisions
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
