Job Description
- We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in hospitality operations and food cost management.
- The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, cost control, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily ingredient usage and reconcile with sales data
- Analyze food cost percentages and investigate variances
- Conduct periodic stock audits and identify discrepancies
- Prepare structured weekly and monthly performance reports
- Support menu costing and profitability analysis
Requirements
- HND / BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in hospitality or restaurant operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, data analysis tools)
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Professional communication and reporting skills.
