Job Description

• We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional with proven experience in hospitality operations and food cost management.
• The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, cost control, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily ingredient usage and reconcile with sales data
• Analyze food cost percentages and investigate variances
• Conduct periodic stock audits and identify discrepancies
• Prepare structured weekly and monthly performance reports
• Support menu costing and profitability analysis

Requirements

• HND / BSc in Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in hospitality or restaurant operations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, data analysis tools)
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Professional communication and reporting skills.
