Job Title: Regional Medical Sales Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven RegionalSales Manager to lead and grow our HealthTech sales operations within the assigned region.
  • The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key healthcare accounts, building strategic partnerships, and leading a team of medical sales representatives.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong experience in medical or health technology sales, deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, and proven regional leadership capability.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company targets.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities within hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare networks.
  • Drive adoption of digital health solutions, medical devices, or SaaS health platforms.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor medical sales representatives.
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor performance.
  • Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
  • Foster a high-performance, ethical sales culture.

Key Account Management:

  • Build relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, clinicians, and decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage large institutional accounts.
  • Maintain long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams.
  • Participate in product launches and regional campaigns.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting and sales forecasts.
  • Prepare regional sales reports and strategic plans.

  • Customer acquisition & retention

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 – 8+ years of experience in medical device, pharma, or HealthTech sales.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in team leadership or regional sales management.
  • Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
