Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven RegionalSales Manager to lead and grow our HealthTech sales operations within the assigned region.
- The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key healthcare accounts, building strategic partnerships, and leading a team of medical sales representatives.
- The ideal candidate will have strong experience in medical or health technology sales, deep knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, and proven regional leadership capability.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company targets.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Identify new market opportunities within hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare networks.
- Drive adoption of digital health solutions, medical devices, or SaaS health platforms.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Recruit, train, and mentor medical sales representatives.
- Set clear KPIs and monitor performance.
- Conduct regular field visits and performance reviews.
- Foster a high-performance, ethical sales culture.
Key Account Management:
- Build relationships with hospital administrators, procurement teams, clinicians, and decision-makers.
- Negotiate contracts and manage large institutional accounts.
- Maintain long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Provide feedback to marketing and product teams.
- Participate in product launches and regional campaigns.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate CRM reporting and sales forecasts.
- Prepare regional sales reports and strategic plans.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
- Regional revenue growth (%)
- Market penetration rate
- Customer acquisition & retention
- Team sales performance
- Forecast accuracy.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- 5 – 8+ years of experience in medical device, pharma, or HealthTech sales.
- 2 – 4 years of experience in team leadership or regional sales management.
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
