Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Officer with social media experienceto increase revenue, generate leads, manage online presence, and grow brand visibility.
• The Sales Officer / Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, executing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, and converting online engagement into measurable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis.
• Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects to customers.
• Negotiate pricing and close deals.

Requirements
Educational Requirements:

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Relevant digital marketing certifications are an added advantage.

Experience:

• 1 – 3 years experience in sales ormarketing
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Experience running paid advertising campaigns is an advantage.

Other Requirements:

• Strong internet and computer literacy.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Result-oriented and target-driven mindset.
• Must reside within commuting distance.

Required Skills:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and persuasion ability
• Content creation and copywriting skills
• Knowledge of social media algorithms
• Ability to run paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe tools)

• Time management and multitasking ability.

Remuneration

• Competitive monthly Salary: N100,000 - N200,000 / month.
