Job Summary

  • The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, attracting, assessing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization’s workforce needs.
  • The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience while aligning hiring strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and offer documentation.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
