Job Summary

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand market presence for our solar energy solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting solar products and services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar energy products and services.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales through strategic engagement and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, commercial, and residential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solar solutions for clients.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and report sales activities regularly.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in solar, energy, or technical products.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy solutions and renewable energy markets is an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
