Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand market presence for our solar energy solutions.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting solar products and services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar energy products and services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales through strategic engagement and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate, commercial, and residential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities in the renewable energy sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solar solutions for clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and report sales activities regularly.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in solar, energy, or technical products.
- Strong understanding of solar energy solutions and renewable energy markets is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong networking and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
