Job Title: Kitchen Manager
Location: Wetland Plaza, Jabi - Abuja.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years experience in restaurant kitchen management; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration.
- Certifications: Food Safety & Hygiene Certification; HSE Certification; Fire Safety Training (added advantage).
- Key Skills: Inventory & cost control, staff coordination & scheduling, kitchen operations management, quality control.
- Leadership & Competencies: Strong leadership, problem- solving, decision-making, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills.
Other Requirements:
- Valid means of identification.
- Medical fitness certificate.
- Strong knowledge of HSE practices.
- Ability to work shifts, weekends & holidays.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
