Job Title: Kitchen Manager

Location: Wetland Plaza, Jabi - Abuja.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 3-5 years experience in restaurant kitchen management; at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Education: Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration.
• Certifications: Food Safety & Hygiene Certification; HSE Certification; Fire Safety Training (added advantage).
• Key Skills: Inventory & cost control, staff coordination & scheduling, kitchen operations management, quality control.
• Leadership & Competencies: Strong leadership, problem- solving, decision-making, ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills.

Other Requirements:

• Valid means of identification.
• Medical fitness certificate.
• Strong knowledge of HSE practices.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends & holidays.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
