Job Description
- The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing the front desk and ensuring a positive experience for all clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and attending to clients, visitors, and members of the workspace.
- Serving as the first point of contact for enquiries about hot desks, private offices, and meeting room bookings.
- Managing daily bookings and reservations for workspace facilities.
- Assisting customers with workspace orientation and general enquiries.
- Handling phone calls, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
- Processing payments and issuing receipts where required.
- Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
- Ensuring the reception and client areas remain organised and presentable.
- Supporting basic administrative tasks as required by management.
- Escalating customer complaints or operational issues when necessary.
Experience
Applicants should meet the following experience requirements:
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk operations, or hospitality roles.
- Experience handling customer enquiries and resolving client issues professionally.
- Experience managing bookings, appointments, or reservations.
- Familiarity with administrative tasks such as record keeping and payment processing.
- Experience working in a professional office environment, coworking space, hotel reception, or service-based organisation is an added advantage.
