We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Northern Nigeria

Job Purpose

  • To drive sales growth, market penetration, and customer relationships for Dangote Sinotruk heavy-duty trucks within the Northern Nigeria region, in line with the company’s revenue, market share, and brand objectives.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Regional Sales Management:

  • Implement regional sales strategies to achieve assigned volume and revenue targets.
  • Drive sales of heavy-duty trucks, tippers, tractors, and special-purpose vehicles across Northern Nigeria.

Dealer & Channel Management:

  • Manage and support authorized dealers and sales outlets within the region.
  • Monitor dealer performance and ensure compliance with Dangote Sinotruk sales and brand standards.
  • Support dealer sales activities, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives.

Key Accounts & Fleet Sales:

  • Develop and manage relationships with key customers, fleet operators, and institutional clients.
  • Support preparation of bids, tenders, and contract negotiations for regional sales opportunities.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer needs within the region.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence for management review.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective engagement and coordination with after-sales teams.
  • Resolve major customer issues within the region in a timely and professional manner.

  • Regional sales volume and revenue

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • 7–10 years’ sales experience, with at least 3 years in heavy-duty trucks, commercial vehicles, or industrial equipment sales.
  • Strong understanding of the Northern Nigeria market and business environment.
  • Must be of Northern Nigerian origin with a strong regional network.
  • Fluency in Hausa is mandatory; proficiency in other regional languages is a strong advantage.
