Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Experiential Lead to design, plan, and execute innovative brand experiences that connect with our target audience and drive engagement.
  • The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with creative execution, manage end-to-end event experiences, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure cost effective delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement experiential marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and business goals.
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of events, activations, and brand experiences to create memorable customer engagements.
  • Manage vendor sourcing, negotiations, and relationships to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (brand, digital, creative, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and impactful execution.
  • Oversee event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, resource optimization, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to introduce fresh, creative ideas into experiential campaigns.
  • Evaluate event and activation performance, preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in experiential marketing, events management, or brand activations.
  • Proven track record of executing successful events, campaigns, or activations.
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Budget-savvy with excellent financial planning and cost management abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities with a hands-on approach to execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or agency environments preferred.
  • Certification or training in event management or project management is preferred.
