Job Summary

  • We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Technical Support Staff to join our team (Fastspeed Business Solutions).
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintaining computer systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for computer systems, printers, networks, and software applications.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Monitor and maintain IT equipment and systems performance.
  • Assist staff with technical issues and provide guidance on system usage.
  • Maintain records of IT assets and technical support activities.
  • Ensure systems security by installing updates, antivirus software, and security patches.
  • Support internet connectivity, LAN/WAN networks, and basic server maintenance.
  • Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades when necessary.
  • Assist in setting up new computers, user accounts, and email configurations.

Requirements

  • HND / BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 
  • 1–2 years experience in IT support or technical support role.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
  • Experience with Windows OS, networking, printers, and troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of network configuration and internet connectivity.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
