Job Title: Human Resources Officer
Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
- Develop and implement HR policies and internal procedures
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain staff records and HR documentation
- Handle employee relations and workplace matters
- Support performance management and staff development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years HR experience
- Strong knowledge of labour law compliance and HR policies
- Professional, organized, and well presented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
