We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Preferred: Female candidate
Resumption: Immediate (within 1 week)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Develop and implement HR policies and internal procedures
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
• Maintain staff records and HR documentation
• Handle employee relations and workplace matters
• Support performance management and staff development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years HR experience
• Strong knowledge of labour law compliance and HR policies
• Professional, organized, and well presented
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
