Job Description
- We are seeking a Sales Manager – Lagos to execute sales strategy, grow our enrollee base, and support the Regional Head in achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives on hitting numbers, managing key accounts, and driving measurable results in a fast-growing healthcare organization.
- As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of territory-level sales performance, supporting the Regional Head in executing strategies, acquiring new clients, and expanding market presence.
- You will manage key accounts, pursue growth opportunities, and ensure renewals, serving as a critical driver of revenue and market execution in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the sales strategy for Lagos in alignment with the Regional Head’s objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory.
- Manage key client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, renewals, and long-term retention.
- Support marketing and business development initiatives to generate leads and increase market penetration.
- Track and report sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to the Regional Head.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and enrollee satisfaction.
- Drive results against assigned revenue targets and KPIs, taking accountability for territory performance.
- Identify opportunities to optimize sales processes, client engagement, and revenue growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with measurable revenue results (experience in HMO, insurance, or healthcare is an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the Lagos market and client landscape.
- Ability to execute strategy effectively while reporting to and collaborating closely with senior leadership.
