Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
The Customer Care Representative Officer will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.
  • Providing accurate information about company products and services.
  • Recording customer interactions and feedback in the company system.
  • Following up on customer concerns to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer problems.
  • Maintaining customer records and reports.

Required Skills and Competencies

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with years of work experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software usage
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, email systems)
