Job Responsibilities
The Customer Care Representative Officer will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally.
- Providing accurate information about company products and services.
- Recording customer interactions and feedback in the company system.
- Following up on customer concerns to ensure resolution.
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer problems.
- Maintaining customer records and reports.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with years of work experience.
Technical Skills:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software usage
- Basic computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, email systems)
