Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary
- A proactive, target-driven Sales Executive responsible for generating qualified leads, presenting and selling real estate products (land, plots, houses, investment packages), closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
- This role combines field marketing, digital outreach, and relationship management to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads using field marketing, digital channels, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct property/site presentations, guided inspections, and follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pricing explanations and clear breakdowns of payment plans and documentation requirements.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring compliance with company terms and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate client records, update the CRM daily, and submit sales activity and pipeline reports (daily/weekly).
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for activation, site preparations and on-boarding clients.
- Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, open days, and marketing activation.
Job-Specific Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available inventory, site statuses, permit/approval status, and expected delivery timelines.
- Explain title, documentation, and payment-plan procedures to clients; escalate complex cases to Legal/Operations.
- Perform competitive market research and report trends, price movements and competitor offers.
- Achieve territory coverage targets (e.g., set number of site visits, community activation, tele-outreach per week).
- Assist in local lead-generation events: mall activation, referral drives, and community presentations.
Requirements
- Minimum: OND / HND / B.Sc. in any discipline; degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years (up to 3+ yrs preferred) in sales or real estate sales/marketing — demonstrable closing results.
- Proven negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive presentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce / HubSpot / Zoho) and MS Office.
- Strong local market knowledge of assigned territory (advantageous).
- Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, and able to work independently and in teams.
- Professional conduct, integrity, and trustworthy handling of client funds/documents.
Salary
N300,000 per month.
