Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a high-performing Sales & Business Development Associate to drive B2B revenue growth and expand strategic partnerships.
- The ideal candidate will be a top-performing B2B sales professional with strong experience in enterprise sales, fintech solutions, and relationship management.
- This role requires a results-driven individual who can identify new business opportunities, close high-value deals, and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within target industries.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
- Present and demonstrate fintech products and solutions to prospective clients.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and track opportunities through CRM tools.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
- Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5 – 8 years proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within Fintech, Financial Services, or Technology.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in enterprise sales, solution selling, and negotiation.
- Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Strong presentation, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Experience using CRM tools and sales pipeline management systems.
- Deep understanding of digital payments, financial technology solutions, or financial products is an advantage.
