Job Title: Fintech Sales & Business Development Associate (B2B)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a high-performing Sales & Business Development Associate to drive B2B revenue growth and expand strategic partnerships.
  • The ideal candidate will be a top-performing B2B sales professional with strong experience in enterprise sales, fintech solutions, and relationship management.
  • This role requires a results-driven individual who can identify new business opportunities, close high-value deals, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within target industries.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers.
  • Present and demonstrate fintech products and solutions to prospective clients.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and track opportunities through CRM tools.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.
  • Provide sales forecasts and performance reports to management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5 – 8 years proven experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within Fintech, Financial Services, or Technology.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong experience in enterprise sales, solution selling, and negotiation.
  • Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and sales pipeline management systems.
  • Deep understanding of digital payments, financial technology solutions, or financial products is an advantage.
