Job Summary
- The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement.
- The role involves creating content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with the online community to promote the company's brand and services.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences and create content that appeals to them.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Content Creation & Management:
- Plan and create engaging content (text, images, videos, and graphics) for social media platforms.
- Manage and schedule posts across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter (X), and TikTok.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
Community Management:
- Monitor social media platforms and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain relationships with followers and customers online.
- Manage online reputation and address customer feedback professionally.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to support marketing initiatives.
- Work with influencers or brand ambassadors when necessary.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
- Generate monthly or weekly reports on social media performance.
- Use insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
Paid Advertising:
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns.
- Monitor advertising budgets and ensure cost-effective performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Growth in social media followers.
- Engagement rate (likes, comments, shares)
- Website traffic from social media.
- Lead generation or conversions from social platforms,
- Campaign performance and ROI.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proposed Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 monthly full time.
