We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Guest Services / Business Development Manager (Female)

Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

  • As a Guest Services / Business Development Manager you will play a crucial role in driving occupancy and delivering brand activation across our territory, increasing market share and brand visibility.
  • Your goal is to enhance the visibility and sales performance of Milestone Boutique Apartments while establishing a strong presence in the competitive Serviced apartment environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for growing occupancy rate, volume, profitability and brand experience within the hospitality industry
  • Act a brand ambassador, promoting our apartments and ensuring brand visibility in key spaces.
  • Autonomy to own aligned territory with the opportunity to gain experience by a growing share, volume and commercial results.
  • Develop a deep knowledge base related to AIRBNB, Short let accommodation, hospitality in order to develop our brand, and enhance Guest and Guest experience.
  • Ownership of monthly and annual individual Guest planning & promotional evaluation
  • Operational spends and budget management
  • Build strong business relationships with targeted corporations and Guest groups
  • Execution of call cycle and administrative duties (routine management)
  • Build and evolve a comprehensive network with agents in the wider Airbnb business
  • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities within the entertainment and fashion sector, expanding our reach
  • Lead negotiations with outlets to secure favourable terms and conditions, including pricing, promotions, and placement.
  • Achieve or exceed targets for our market territory, regularly reporting on performance and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Guests, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Analyse Guest data to identify trends and opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling.

Requirements
The person:

  • Strong understanding of regional Airbnb and short let hospitality, including key players, trends, and challenges.
  • Social Media savvy and PC literacy including PowerPoint, PDF, and Excel
  • Strong negotiation, organisation and influencing skills.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment focused problem-solving skills with strong business acumen
  • Very enthusiastic & motivated to make a difference
  • Driven, ambitious and resilient
  • Flexible with irregular working hours to be present during the key period on premises (including some evenings and weekends)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with Guests and internal teams.
  • Female and Single.

The Package

  • Competitive salary; N250,000 - N400,000 / month.
  • Performance based annual bonus.
