Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the technology solutions space.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into paying customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- This role requires a proactive and results-driven sales professional who can manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on sales campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Support post-sale client engagement to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in technology or telecom.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
