Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand our client base within the technology solutions space.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into paying customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
  • This role requires a proactive and results-driven sales professional who can manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and presentations to negotiation and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams on sales campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
  • Support post-sale client engagement to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in technology or telecom.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
