We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead market entry, revenue growth, and distribution strategy across key channels.
  • The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, build strong distribution networks, and ensure product availability in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective route-to-market strategies
  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Drive product penetration across distribution channels
  • Oversee merchandising standards and customer relationship management
  • Design and implement incentive programs for sales teams and distributors
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 per month.
