Job Summary
- We are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead market entry, revenue growth, and distribution strategy across key channels.
- The ideal candidate will drive sales performance, build strong distribution networks, and ensure product availability in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective route-to-market strategies
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets
- Drive product penetration across distribution channels
- Oversee merchandising standards and customer relationship management
- Design and implement incentive programs for sales teams and distributors
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Salary
N300,000 - N600,000 per month.
