Job Title: Customer Support - Sales Officer

Job Summary

  • The Customer Support / Sales Officer is responsible for managing customer interactions, converting leads into sales, and achieving assigned revenue targets.
  • This role is strictly office-based and focuses on inbound and outbound engagement, with a strong emphasis on closing deals and delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Follow up on generated leads and convert them into successful sales
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain a high conversion rate from leads to paying customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
  • Provide accurate product/service information to prospective customers
  • Handle customer complaints and provide prompt resolutions
  • Maintain proper records of leads, interactions, and sales activities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.

Requirements
Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Experience Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in sales, customer support, or a similar role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to convert leads into sales.

Required Skills:

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and persuasion abilities
  • Customer relationship management skills
  • Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively
  • Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Benefits

  • Salary: N150,000 net monthly.
  • Commission: Attractive commission on sales based on performance
