Job Title: Value Added Services (VAS) Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • Supports Value-Added Services (VAS) operations by managing phone screen warranty processes, assisting customers, and ensuring efficient service delivery, with an ability to handle basic calculations related to billing, claims, and inventory.

Job Summary

  • Handle customer inquiries on phone screen warranty services
  • Process warranty registrations, activations, and claims
  • Verify device eligibility and warranty status
  • Coordinate with repair/service teams and partners.
  • Maintain accurate customer and service records
  • Track and follow up on repair or replacement requests
  • Perform basic calculations for billing, claims, or inventory tracking.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Promote and educate customers on VAS offerings.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • NYSC corps members (seeking PPA) are encouraged to apply
  • 0 – 2 years experience in customer service, telecom, or tech support.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of mobile devices and warranties
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for calculations.
