We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Business Development Officer (Hospitality and wellness)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • The BD Executive drives the growth of home and mobile spa services by acquiring new clients, generating bookings, and sourcing qualified service providers.
  • This role is revenue-focused, target-driven, and ensures the organization can scale operations to meet service demand.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential clients across hotels, households, offices, events, and lifestyle segments.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new customers and service opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations for spa services.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform strategy.

Service Provider Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Source, identify, and recruit qualified spa therapists and wellness professionals to meet projected service demand.
  • Ensure recruited service providers meet spa’s minimum quality and skill
  • requirements.
  • Hand over recruited service providers to the Provider Success Executive for onboarding, scheduling, and engagement.

Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth:

  • Convert leads into bookings for home spa services.
  • Upsell value-added services, packages, and wellness programs.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets.
  • Support promotional campaigns and activations to attract new clients.

Sales Reporting & Execution:

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track client bookings and revenue performance.
  • Provide weekly pipeline updates and monthly performance reports.
  • Track conversion rates and deal cycle times to optimize business development efforts.
  • Assist in planning and executing campaigns, activations, and events

Client Communication & Engagement:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide necessary support.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings and loyalty.
  • Ensure consistent follow-up and communication throughout the service experience.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly and quarterly revenue achieved vs. target
  • Number of bookings secured
  • Repeat customer rate
  • Number of qualified service providers sourced/recruited
  • Pipeline value ≥ 3–5x revenue target
  • Number of hotel partners signed

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 2–5 years’ experience in sales, business development, or recruitment.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and recruit talent for service operations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of wellness, spa, or lifestyle services is an advantage.

Proposed Salary
N300,000 - N350,000 Monthly Net.
