We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Ipaja, Ayobo Road, Lagos (Proximity to location is important)
Employment Type: Full-Time (Hybrid)
Work Schedule (Shift-Based)

  • 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Rotational shifts apply)

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a responsive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage and respond to client inquiries generated from digital platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging prospects, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring a smooth client experience while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Support:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from WhatsApp, social media, calls, and other channels
  • Provide accurate information about company services
  • Attend to customer questions, complaints, and feedback professionally
  • Guide clients through service processes and requirements

Lead Management:

  • Manage incoming leads from advertisements and digital platforms
  • Follow up on inquiries to ensure proper engagement
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions and inquiries

Client Experience Management:

  • Ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Keep proper records of daily interactions and activities
  • Provide periodic reports on customer inquiries and engagement
  • Maintain accurate client data and communication logs

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND qualification
  • Not less than 1 year experience in customer service, sales or a related role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication tools
  • Must be reliable and willing to work rotational shifts

Salary
N120,000 Monthly + Commission
