Job Title: Construction Finishes Manager (Senior)
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all finishing works across projects Ensure high-quality finishing standards
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct inspections and resolve defects
- Ensure timely delivery within budget
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Architecture or related field
- M.Sc. or PMP certification is an advantage
Experience:
- 10-15 years experience in construction
- Minimum 5 years in finishing supervision/management
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials (tiles, paint, fittings, joinery)
- Project coordination & site supervision
- Quality control and snagging
- Budget and cost control
- Leadership and subcontractor management
General Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time managementabilities
- Ability towork under pressure and meet deadiines
- High lovelofintegrity and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Abilitytowork independentlyandwithinateam
- Rotovant professional certifications are an added advantage.
