Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all finishing works across projects Ensure high-quality finishing standards
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers
• Conduct inspections and resolve defects
• Ensure timely delivery within budget

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Architecture or related field
• M.Sc. or PMP certification is an advantage

Experience:

• 10-15 years experience in construction
• Minimum 5 years in finishing supervision/management

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of finishing materials (tiles, paint, fittings, joinery)
• Project coordination & site supervision
• Quality control and snagging
• Budget and cost control
• Leadership and subcontractor management

General Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time managementabilities
• Ability towork under pressure and meet deadiines
• High lovelofintegrity and professionalism
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
