Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Overview

  • Our client is seeking an organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to top management.
  • The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and have strong communication skills. Candidates with at least one year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and schedules.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and meeting materials.
  • Conduct follow-ups on assigned tasks and deadlines.
  • Support daily administrative operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and logistics.
  • Assist with basic research and documentation as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 year experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Must currently reside on the Island.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
  • Good problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
