Job Title: Call Center Attendant

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Overview

  • The organization is committed to delivering seamless customer experiences and professional advisory services
  • The Call Center Attendant will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and driving conversions through excellent communication and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Provide accurate information about visa services, travel packages, and related offerings
  • Convert inquiries into paying clients through effective communication
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain proper records of calls and customer interactions
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients
  • Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets

Requirements

  • Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
  • 0–1 year experience in customer service, sales, or call center roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Salary
N150,000 per month + Commission.
