Job Title: Director of Strategic Partnerships & Enterprise Sales

Location: Nigeria
Reports to: Founder & CEO

About the Role

  • The Director of Strategic Partnerships & Enterprise Sales will lead the acquisition of government contracts, corporate retainers, HMO integrations, and public-private partnerships that shape how institutional healthcare is delivered in Nigeria.
  • This is a senior executive role that demands political intelligence, executive credibility, and a proven ability to close complex, high-value deals.
  • You will work directly with the Founder & CEO, with access to Health-Hub Africa’s full service ecosystem — DispatchCare™, MinuteCare™, TeleCare™, CareTest™, HealthConsult™, and MyHealth Vault+™ — and the tools required to operate at enterprise level.

What You Will Do

  • Secure and grow government contracts, HMO integrations, corporate retainers, and public-private partnerships
  • Represent Health-Hub Africa in boardrooms, ministry offices, and C-suite conversations
  • Build and manage a structured enterprise sales pipeline using CRM tools and data-driven forecasting
  • Develop long-term institutional relationships with the goal of embedding Health-Hub Africa as an infrastructure partner within every client served
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams on contract structuring, and engage executive leadership for strategic alignment on major deals.

Requirements
Who We Are Looking For:

  • 7–12 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with a track record of closing ₦20M–₦300M contracts
  • Proven experience selling into government agencies, large corporations, or HMOs
  • Background in healthcare, fintech, telecom, or infrastructure (preferred)
  • Strong executive presence and structured negotiation skills
  • CRM-disciplined with a data-driven approach to pipeline management
  • Strategic thinker who builds relationships for the long game
  • Self-directed and accountable — you take ownership without being micromanaged
  • Motivated by the intersection of commercial success and national impact.

Compensation

  • Performance-linked commission on new contracts, revenue milestones, and renewals
