Role Overview

  • As part of its growth strategy, our client is seeking high-performing Business Development Managers to drive revenue and expand market presence, particularly within the OOH advertising space.
  • The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships within the outdoor advertising ecosystem.
  • The ideal candidate must have strong experience in OOH advertising (billboards, LED screens, outdoor media sales) and a proven ability to close high-value deals and manage corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth
  • Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities within the OOH space
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and key stakeholders
  • Drive sales of billboards, LED screens, and other outdoor advertising solutions
  • Lead negotiations and close profitable deals
  • Manage and track sales pipeline, ensuring consistent performance against targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective advertising solutions
  • Provide market insights and contribute to pricing and positioning strategies

What Success Looks Like

  • Strong revenue generation and deal closures
  • Acquisition of new high-value clients
  • Increased market presence within Abuja & Lagos
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Management
  • Mandatory experience in OOH Advertising / Outdoor Media (billboards, LED, transit media)
  • Background in marketing communications, media, or advertising agencies
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and client management skills
  • Good understanding of the Nigerian advertising and media landscape
  • Self-driven, commercially savvy, and results-oriented.

Salary
N400,000 - N1,500,000 / Month.
