Job Title: Human Resource Analyst

Location: Gujeni, Kaduna
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Analyst with 3–6 years of experience to join our Human Resources team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing HR data, supporting workforce planning, and providing insights that drive employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR metrics (e.g., turnover, recruitment, compensation, performance).
  • Prepare dashboards and reports to support HR decision-making.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to identify workforce trends and recommend solutions.
  • Support compensation and benefits analysis to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry benchmarks.
  • Assist in HR process improvements, policy development, and compliance monitoring.
  • Provide insights to enhance employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
  • Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or related roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, macros).
  • Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to workforce planning and talent management strategies.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with survey design and employee engagement analytics.
  • Knowledge of statistical tools (R, Python, or SPSS) for advanced HR analytics.
