Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead talent acquisition within the financial services sector.
- This role combines end-to-end recruitment delivery, talent advisory, and recruitment marketing/sales to attract and place high-performing professionals.
- You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, promoting career opportunities, and contributing directly to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment strategy and execution for financial services roles
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across key roles
- Act as a talent expert with insight into financial sector hiring trends
- Market and sell job opportunities to attract high-performing candidates
- Promote employer value propositions and career growth opportunities
- Drive recruitment marketing initiatives, especially on LinkedIn
- Achieve monthly recruitment and revenue targets (₦200,000 minimum)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
- Coordinate interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 4–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably within financial services, banking, insurance, or asset management
- Proven experience recruiting for sales or revenue-generating roles
- Strong ability to market and sell job opportunities, with influence over candidate decisions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid, performance-driven environment
- Strong LinkedIn connections, with proven experience in sourcing and recruitment marketing
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment tools is an advantage
- Prior experience in executive search or talent consulting is a plus.
