Job Summary

  • The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting and hiring top talent across technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and experienced in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies
  • Source and attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for role and culture fit
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Provide market insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges
  • Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful closures
  • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline strength, etc.)
  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and policies

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Experience in fintech, tech, or fast-paced environments is highly preferred
  • Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Proven ability to fill roles across different levels
  • Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
