Job Summary
- The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting and hiring top talent across technical and non-technical roles in a fast-paced fintech environment.
- The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and experienced in sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies
- Source and attract high-quality candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for role and culture fit
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Provide market insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful closures
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline strength, etc.)
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and policies

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Experience in fintech, tech, or fast-paced environments is highly preferred
- Strong sourcing skills with hands-on experience using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Proven ability to fill roles across different levels
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
