Job Title: HRIS Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary

  • The HRIS Manager will lead the management and optimization of the organization’s Human Resource Information System (HRIS) within a fast-paced fintech environment.
  • This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and seamless integration with other business systems while enabling data-driven HR decisions.
  • The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a solid understanding of HR processes in a dynamic, high-growth organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and reliability of employee data
  • Lead system implementation, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvements
  • Partner with Engineering/IT teams to ensure seamless integration with payroll, finance, and other business systems
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support strategic HR and business decisions
  • Drive automation of HR processes to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Act as the subject matter expert for HR systems, providing support and resolving issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian data protection regulations and internal policies
  • Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll through system optimization
  • Train and support HR team members and stakeholders on HRIS usage
  • Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and data governance standards

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Technology roles
  • Experience working in fintech, tech startups, or fast-paced environments is highly preferred
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, BambooHR, SeamlessHR, etc.)
  • Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and tools like Power BI or SQL (an added advantage)
  • Understanding of payroll systems and integration processes
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and data protection regulations (NDPR)
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
