We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Experience Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement (Walk-in & Online):

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in clients, ensuring a warm and professional in-store experience
  • Respond promptly to online inquiries via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and other platforms
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and availability
  • Guide customers through consultations and recommend suitable products/services

Sales & Retail Support:

  • Assist customers with product selection and drive in-store sales
  • Process purchases, orders, and payments efficiently
  • Upsell and cross-sell products where appropriate
  • Ensure the retail space is clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Consultation Coordination

Schedule and manage client appointments and consultations:

  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions and preferences
  • Follow up with clients on inquiries, pending decisions, and post-purchase satisfaction
  • Customer Experience & Relationship Management
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and promptly
  • Ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey from inquiry to delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Operations Support:

  • Track inventory levels and report low stock items
  • Support order fulfillment and coordinate with relevant teams where necessary
  • Assist with daily store operations and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in customer service, retail, or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platform.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
