Job Title: Sales & Partnerships Lead (Hospital)
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase patient volume and revenue.
- Identify new business opportunities across corporate, retail, and institutional segments.
- Promote hospital services (e.g., diagnostics, specialist care, surgeries, wellness packages).
Partnerships & Business Development:
Build and manage partnerships with:
- Corporate organizations (for employee healthcare services)
- Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) and insurance providers
- Government agencies and NGOs
- Referring doctors and clinics
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements and service contracts.
Corporate & Institutional Sales:
- Drive corporate account acquisition and retention.
- Design customized healthcare packages for organizations.
- Manage key accounts and ensure high client satisfaction.
Market Expansion:
- Identify new markets and outreach opportunities.
- Organize health camps, medical outreaches, and awareness programs.
- Represent the hospital at events, conferences, and networking forums.
Relationship Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients.
- Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
- Improve referral networks and patient loyalty.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience:
- 5 – 8 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or pharmaceutical sectors preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

Salary
N300,000 - N500,000 per month.
