We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Admin

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: HR Manager / Admin Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR Admin to support daily human resources and administrative operations.
  • The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, maintain employee records, coordinate office activities, and ensure smooth HR processes while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
HR Functions:

  • Assist in recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interview coordination)
  • Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital files)
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Monitor staff attendance, leave records, and absenteeism
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leave, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures

Administrative Functions:

  • Manage office supplies and ensure proper inventory levels
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and internal communications
  • Maintain filing systems and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities
  • Support general office administration and logistics

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR/Admin experience
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and labor regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with HR software/tools is an added advantage

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 per month.
