Job Summary
- We are seeking a strategic thinker, who is a highly driven Business Development Executive to drive client acquisition, promote our consulting services, and build strategic partnerships across assigned locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients (SMEs, startups, and corporate organizations)
- Promote the company’s consulting and business support services
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct business presentations and proposal pitching
- Close deals and achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Submit dailysales and performance reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2 – 5 years experience in business development, consulting, or B2B sales
- Proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Strong understanding of SMEs and business operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Existing network within business communities is a strong advantage.
