Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company products and services
- Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
- Maintain positive relationships with clients
- Follow up on customer requests and transactions
- Keep proper records of customer interactions
Requirements
- HND/BSc in any discipline
- 0–1 year relevant work experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
