Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Location: Enugu

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about company products and services
• Handle customer complaints and ensure prompt resolution
• Maintain positive relationships with clients
• Follow up on customer requests and transactions
• Keep proper records of customer interactions

Requirements

• HND/BSc in any discipline
• 0–1 year relevant work experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 / month.
