Job Summary
- As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to hire driven and commercially-minded professionals to join our Business Development team at both senior and junior levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality and bakery sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and vendors
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy
- Support expansion efforts in existing and new locations
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and product) to ensure seamless execution
- Lead business development strategy and execution
- Manage and mentor junior team members
- Negotiate high-value deals and partnerships
- Provide performance reports and market insights to leadership
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in hospitality, FMCG, or food industry)
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and close deals
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
