Job Summary

• As part of our growth strategy, we are looking to hire driven and commercially-minded professionals to join our Business Development team at both senior and junior levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality and bakery sectors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and vendors
• Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategy
• Support expansion efforts in existing and new locations
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and product) to ensure seamless execution
• Lead business development strategy and execution
• Manage and mentor junior team members
• Negotiate high-value deals and partnerships
• Provide performance reports and market insights to leadership

Requirements

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (preferably in hospitality, FMCG, or food industry)
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and close deals
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
