Role Overview

  • Glotale is seeking a results-driven B2B Growth Manager to lead partnership development and drive revenue growth through strategic collaborations.
  • This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and converting SMEs, Employers, and ecosystem players into sustainable revenue channels.
  • The ideal candidate is commercially minded, proactive, and experienced in building pipelines, closing deals, and managing partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and build a pipeline of potential B2B partners aligned with Glotale’s services
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate partnership opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end Conversion lifecycle from prospecting to signed partnership and activation
  • Design and refine partnership models (referral, revenue share, recruitment, training partnerships).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to align partnership opportunities with company offerings.
  • Track and manage partnership pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to ensure retention and long-term value.
  • Provide regular reports on growth performance, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Represent Glotale in relevant industry conversations, events, and partnership discussions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline independently
  • Commercial awareness and revenue-driven mindset
  • Experience working with startups, recruitment, education, or tech ecosystems is an advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms
  • Highly proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
