We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Digital Marketer

Locations: Ilorin - Kwara and Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

  • The Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Officer will be responsible for driving qualified leads for 1159 Realty through paid advertising, search engine marketing, email campaigns, and social media lead funnels.
  • The role is focused strictly on lead generation, conversion tracking, and marketing performance, working alongside the media team who handles content creation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation (Core Responsibility):

  • Generate qualified real estate leads from all digital platforms
  • Build and manage funnels that convert online traffic into sales inquiries
  • Ensure steady inflow of leads for the sales team daily/weekly.

Paid Advertising & Campaign Management:

  • Run and optimize ads on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms
  • Monitor ad performance and improve cost per lead (CPL)
  • Retarget potential buyers and investors effectively.

Google & Search Marketing:

  • Manage Google Ads campaigns for property searches
  • Improve visibility of listings through search intent targeting
  • Track keyword performance and lead conversions.

Email Marketing & CRM Nurturing:

  • Build and manage email lists of prospects and investors
  • Create automated email follow-up sequences
  • Nurture cold leads into warm and hot prospects.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track lead sources, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
  • Provide weekly performance reports (leads generated, cost per lead, conversions)
  • Recommend data-driven improvements to campaigns.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of qualified leads generated monthly
  • Cost per lead (CPL)
  • Lead-to-sale conversion rate (in collaboration with sales team)
  • Ad campaign ROI
  • Growth of email database and engagement rates.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
  • Proven experience in digital marketing with strong focus on lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Knowledge of funnels, retargeting, and conversion optimization
  • Experience with email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset and performance reporting skills
  • Real estate marketing experience is an advantage.
