Job Title: HR / Admin Manager
Location: Palmgrove, Lagos

Job Summary
- The HR & Admin Manager will lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals while overseeing administrative operations.
- The role requires a strategic, people-focused professional capable of fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviews, and selection
- Coordinate with agencies and ensure fair, compliant hiring processes
- Handle onboarding documentation (offer letters, contracts, background checks, references)
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting
Talent & Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance management systems
- Support employee appraisals, reviews, and improvement plans
- Track performance metrics and provide insights to management
- Coordinate training and development initiatives aligned with business goals
- Communicate performance updates and support service improvement initiatives
HR Operations, Culture & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Manage employee records, HR audits, and lifecycle processes
- Handle employee relations and provide HR advisory support
- Drive culture initiatives, staff engagement activities, and workplace programs
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee payroll administration in collaboration with Finance
- Manage compensation structure to ensure fairness and competitiveness
- Administer benefits (HMO, pension, leave, welfare) and vendor relationships
- Ensure statutory compliance and provide HR reports for decision-making
Administrative Management:
- Oversee daily administrative operations for efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure proper coordination of office activities and support functions
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR & Administration with at least two years as a manager
- HR certification (CIPM or equivalent) is an advantage
- Strong experience in recruitment, performance management, and HR operations
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience with payroll and benefits administration is a plus
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools.
