Job Summary
- The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, and strategic expansion across the company’s real estate and insurance brokerage portfolios.
- The ideal candidate will lead business development, oversee operations, and ensure strong client engagement and team performance
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market presence and profitability
- Identify and close investment and acquisition opportunities
- Oversee property operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance
- Negotiate leases, contracts, and vendor agreements
- Drive marketing initiatives to boost property visibility and sales
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization
- Track performance metrics (vacancy rates, conversions, turnaround time)
- Lead and mentor teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; NYSC completed
- 7–10 years’ experience in real estate/property management
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong business development, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant tools
Remuneration
- N7,000,000 – N10,000,000 Annual Fixed Pay (Plus Profit Sharing).
