We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Capital Management (HCM) Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilties

  • Preparation of required reports and surveys
  • Training report & Evaluation
  • Creation of all new employees, termination of exits and modification for changes on the HRIS System within stipulated SLA
  • Manage birthday notifications for all staff; by working with the Brands team to prepare the templates and sending to the IT team monthly.
  • Manage the employee professional subscription database On-boarding, Induction & Confirmation
  • New hire notification to all stakeholders
  • New hire documentation, registrations and filing
  • Induction scheduling and coordination
  • Verification management for confirmation
  • Benefits Administration and Employee services
  • Medical registration for all new employees
  • Process policy-related payments for employees (Professional subscriptions, R & R Vouchers, Death, Marriage etc.)
  • Call card requests, ID cards processing
  • Manage other travel requests for all staff
  • Prompt notification of all training programs to ITF
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in related field
  • 0-2 years cognate work experience
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) or any international HR Professional body (such as CIPD, SHRM) would be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources Laws and regulations as well as Global Best Practices.
  • Intermediate to advanced level proficiency in the use of Excel.
  • Understanding of HR Reporting and Management Information tools.
